Sample Delivery FAQ:

The samples will be 200-400mm long. Please inform us how much pcs you need us to send by changing the number before “ADD TO CART“.

If the samples are in stock, We will deliver samples within 1 working day as soon as we got the payment on account or by Paypal, If you see “Available on back-order“, It means we are running out of samples at the moment, Normally we will finish new samples within 10 working days upon your order.

How are samples packed?

Samples are well packed with LORD PARQUET sample boxes with Labels of floor information on the back.

If you need a white box without any brand information please indicate in “Order Notes” when you checkout.

One catalogue and business card will be included in the sample box together with the samples you choose.

We will try our best to choose the quickest line to deliver the samples by DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT according to the convinience of the destination. Please indicate if you need to choose a Specified express company.
