複合フローリングの含水率をどのようにコントロールしますか？ 複合フローリングの含水率は通常8±2％です。客先のターゲット市場の気候によって±2％の調整はさらにできます。 例えば弊社はフィリピン市場に向かって10-12％で、オランダ市場に向かっては6-8％の製品を提供しています。 含水率の測定はオランダAB社の機械を使っています。 生産始まる前から生産終わるまで何回も湿度をコントロールしています。単板を選別する時、人工乾燥後、接着後、塗装後梱包前、各工程中含水率をチェックします。またトップレイヤの単板ではなく、合板の含水率も測定します。単板と合板の水分は生産範囲内であることをチェックできたら次の圧着工程に入ってもらえます。 サネと塗装工程に入るまでは1週間か10日ぐらいかかります、生産中水分は1-2％が戻ります。次工程に入る前は水分の進入と流失を防ぐため、全部の製品はビニルシートに巻かれたままで保管されます。 一旦生産が完成されましたら、製品はできるだけ早くビニルフィルムに入れられ、段ボールに梱包されます。この作業はフローリングは湿度無変化のままでお客様に納めるのを確保するためです。
