NON PVC Flooring
It is the wood PE engineered flooring. or we can call it “None PVC“.
It’s actually a kind of new patent structure different from Engineered wood Flooring / Laminated Flooring and Vinyl Flooring.
Everyone knows that the core of Vinyl Flooring such as SPC/WPC they are mainly composed of Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), It’s not degradable even after thousands of years. It could become something like “Plastic wasting” for the world.
But our none PVC core is made of 100% Degradable Polyethylene. which is the same as wood flooring, can be recyclable or degradable. Also, the advantage of NONE PVC is it can be regarded as “Waterproof” since after absorbing the water it only has 1% expanding rate on size..
Not like most of the laminate flooring and wood flooring which is not water-resistant at all.
The last but very important advantage is: This material is much lighter in weight than the Vinyl floors.
The density of the SPC floor is 2.1g/cm³, but the none PVC is only 1.34g/cm³.
That really benefits the container loading.
For 8mm SPC floors, we can load about 1800sqm in 1x20ft container. But the same size None PVC floor we can load 2400sqm in 1x20ft container.
In the current high level of world logistic transportation that is really very helpful for the buyers.
It makes the unit import cost quite less than the vinyl floors.

Yes, It is made of a kind of degradable polyethene (Now being used in many plastic industries) + compressed wood. Actually, in the WPC/SPC, the non-degradable thing is the PVC, as long as the structure does not contain PVC, then it’s eco-friendly.
You should import it the same as the SPC/WPC/LVT products, which is the same as what you bought before from us.
The factory has achieved many certificates and tests for these products, I attached all of them to you, They haven’t written an official warranty file, but from those we can see the limit of this product by the testing reports.
Also, check the testing report for the ”Thermal conductivity and thermal resistance” And “Dimensional stability and curling” Seems like it is fine under 70-degree testing, but I will double-check with the factory.

The cost for prefinished is $1,50/sqm for this product, this factory doesn’t have too much experience of doing UV coating, sometimes they have to purchase more primer or top coating. But don’t worry about the colour consistency, LORD’s QC people are watching all the colours for any orders. 3-4 colour/20ft containers will be fine. The MOQ for each colour is 500sqm.
Yes, it is better to come with a IXPE foam backing . Or we see some customer of the factory they do beach backing, cork backing or they even do oak backing (both 2mm top and 2mm bottom)
The feet definitely feel softer than plastic and should feel like wood, but I don’t know how it sounds. But we can check the testing report by the factory too I think.
